These are some of the comments made by attendees of the 2024 Diamond Fiberglass Representative Event held the last week of February. It’s been four long years since the first such event in February of 2020 (something about a pandemic!). The goal for this event was to keep Diamond Fiberglass representatives current with latest product knowledge to fully support our customers, gain hands-on experience with FRP lamination, learn best practices for vessel installation and continue to build relationships so we work together as a team.
Attendees were welcomed to Victoria on Tuesday with an energetic pickleball contest followed by a tasty Mexican dinner. The next morning was filled with seminars on engineered FRP tanks, pipes and field service, followed by a tour of the expanded Diamond Fiberglass plant. Then everyone earned their COI certification at Diamond Services’ Victoria location, and finally enjoyed a catered Texas-style meal at the fabulous Gordon Ranch. Some hit the links the next day, too.
Besides enjoying a good time and eating great food, attendees became authorities on engineered FRP products. They learned how to locate, qualify and win FRP tank and pipe opportunities in their territories and market segments. Armed with this information, Diamond’s representatives are ready to bring real value to their FRP customers.
The next Diamond Fiberglass Representative Event is tentatively scheduled for February of 2026.
